Plòigh is a holiday activity club in the Galson Estate, taking place during the Easter, Summer and October holidays. Plòigh activities are usually aimed at children aged 4+, with separate sessions for younger and older children. It is open to both residents of and visitors to Galson and Barvas Estate; Urras Oighreachd Ghabhsainn subsidises place for Galson Estate residents, and Urras Sgìre Oighreachd Bharabhais subsidises places for Barvas Estate residents, in a bid to make the activities as accessible as possible. 

 

This project is a joint partnership between Urras Oighreachd Ghabhsainn (Galson Estate Trust), Urras Sgìre Oighreachd Bharabhais, Spòrsnis, RSPB, Taigh Dhonnchaidh, Comunn na Gàidhlig (CnaG), Barvas and Blue Community Hall and Clan MacQuarrie.
